North East Water maintain 160 sewer pump stations across their service region, which form an essential part of their sewerage network system which provides critical infrastructure to regional towns. As part of their asset management strategy North East Water sought the services of a contractor to deliver efficient and reliable maintenance services.

The Solution

Bartlett’s were engaged long-term to Project Manage and complete the required maintenance on these valuable and essential assets. We utilised our extensive experience and industry knowledge to assist our client in the development of an inspection/maintenance schedule in order to maintain optimal asset performance and increase life-span. At each thorough service, the condition of the asset and any potential issues are recorded and reported to North East Water.
